There's a partial conversion of the tools available at a utexas site 
(check the Windows NT FAQ for the actual address.)  You'll need to track 
down a program called 'beta2fix' (which I believe is also available at 
this site) and run it on every executable to get it to work, as it was 
written aeons ago when NT was exclusively beta, and it relies on 
libraries which no longer exist.

My experience has been that the sucker's not far along for normal human 
use unless you're using GNU simply by virtue of using GNU.  If Win95 
supports OS/2 1.3 console applications like NT does then you might be 
best off tracking down one of the OS/2 1.3 ports.
