Subject: about gcc & windows

  Hello !
I'm a novice in the Windows 3.1 programming world... I would like to use gcc
to develop applications. I suppose Windows C progamming needs a C library like
X environment... Have you -- the GCC team -- developed a C library for Windows
3.1 which can be used with gcc ?
