   I am new to the djgpp, so all pointers for help will be highly
   appriciated. i.e if their is a FAQ, where to find etc.

The FAQ is found in FAQXXX.zip in the Simtel Mirrors.

   Presently I just wanted to know if it is possible to use Borland C
   compiler instead of gcc for creating executeable from source generated
   from FLEX and BISON?

No.  You cannot link the output from BCC with binaries from DJGPP (gcc).
