I thought I had maint4 installed, but when I ask go32 for its version, it tells 
me maint3.  Looking at the maint4 docs, it doesn't mention that go32 was 
updated.  The manifest doesn't show any changes to go32, either, just a fix to 
libsrc/c/sys/access.c (and corresponding objs).  Should I have re-compiled go32 
after this library update?  I'm confused (an easy state these days for me to be 
in 8-).
