Get the files dj112mN.zip (where N is a single digit) and unzip them
IN SEQUENCE (i.e., first dj112m1.zip, then dj112m2.zip, and so on).
These are maintenance releases which replace some of the utilities
(including go32.exe) with newer versions. Some of the maintenance
releases also include .bat files which you will have to run after
you unzip the archive (the batch files put fixed versions of library
functions into the various libraries).

The DJGPP FAQ list (available as faq100.zip from the same place you
get DJGPP) includes more detailed description of how to apply the
maintenance releases.
