The file containing the Top-node is called "DIR.". An environment
variable INFOPATH should point to the directory containing "DIR.".
It usually resides somewhere in DJGPP/DOCS.
"DIR." is produced from "DIR.TXI" by makeinfo. If you still have
problems you need to edit "dir.txi" and run "makeinfo dir.txi".
