flex.1 is an (unformatted) manpage, not an info file; AFAIK there is no 
automatic way to go from either to the other.

texinfo.tex, actually, although it doesn't really make a difference
under DOS's case-insensitive FS.

Easy enough; just run DVIPS on the DVI produced by TeX.
