You have to apply a minor kernel patch to get Windoze 3.1 support, but
that's not too difficult...

DOSEmu 0.60.0 is scheduled to be released on April 1 on three primary
sites:  SunSite, TSX-11, and dspsun.eas.asu.edu.  I rather doubt
DJGPP support will be broken, although I suppose it _is_ a vague
possibility...
