Subject: VESA driver & DPMI

Having tried several different configurations, I have up until now
only gotten the go32 built-in VESA-driver to work with a minimal
DOS-setup, without HIMEM and EMM386.

I wonder whether this has anything to do with the fact that GRX
is supposed to work only without DPMI, i.e. with the "nodpmi" go32-
parameter; this however, doesn't seem to influence the fact that the
VESA driver only works with a minimal system setup.

Using for example a Trident driver with a Trident garphics adaptor,
everything works fine.

Does anyone have anything to say on the matter?

Thank you in advance!
-Finn
