No, you're *not* blind.  This message means DJ has compiled
GCC 2.6.3 sources with GCC 2.6.0 binary, but haven't then
compile it once again with itself, as you would usually do
when installing GCC on a Unix box.

If you really care, you can download the GCC sources and compile
them yourself.  I've done it, it compiles with DJGPP flawlessly.
