Actually, GO32 is supposed to handle all of these cases (I tested it at
one time with MSDOS 5, PCDOS 5, COMPAQ DOS 5) but that was long ago.  If
someone knows of a case with EMM386 (and some parameters) which does not
work properly, I would like a private message with the specific 
config.sys contents, DOS version (including OEM type, etc).  I know how
to fix it, just send me the info, and it will be handled OK in V2
(or documented as something to avoid).
