I think so... :-(

Well, ehm, ... no, BUT I promise that's the next thing I'll do!

Well the machine description (brief, indeed) is in my last posting,
the MotherBoard is an oldish AUVA with ISA bus (16 and 8 bit buses)
BIOS is AMI (1989 or near), no fancy memory options...
memory is 4Mb RAM 70ns

Ah, (forgotten...) I've set 512Kb for SMARTDRV when in Windog, but NOT
when in MS-DOG!!! (Maybe this is the cause...)

OK, now I'm going home and trying without SMARTDRV (maybe...), in my next
posting I'll give you the report of GO32 on my system, both in DOS and
Windows!

I'm nearly sure this is a memory problem (at least for the "DPMI: not
enough memory" error :-).

For the INFO error: couldn't it be related to the problem once was posted
inherently its use by disabled people (sorry if this is not the right
term, English is not my idiom, I'm Italian...)

Thanks again to everyone who answered!
