Subject: RSX is great and all but...

   Software Requirements:
       - MS-Windows 3.1
       - RC.EXE, the resource compiler
		   ^^^
       - Windows.h (SDK 3.1) from a 16bit Compiler
		   ^^^^^
       - GNU-C compiler
	 a) EMX 0.8-0.9
	 b) DJGPP 1.11-1.12 (coff format)

   -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where the heck do we get RC.EXE ?
[ the only reason I have it is because it came with OS/2 ]
And also where do we get windows.h "from a 16bit Compiler" ???

seems rather foolish not to include these.. if ~any~ 16bit compiler is
supposed to have this, then why couldn't it be in the RSX kit?

   confused...

How do you expect Gates to sell any development kits if you can get it
all for free? I see serious copyright problems with your approach; I
don't *know* that Bill Gates hates RMS and all DJGPPers' guts, but
given the litigiousness of Microsludge I'd not chance it.

Cheers.
