Uhgh.... yes it is.  I mean't KERN386.EXE.   I am *definitely* in enhanced mode.

Yeah, that's what I thought/gleaned from the documentation, however what I'm 
seeing seems
to indicate that GO32 is fighting Windows for control and the two are 
clashing somewhere.
I think I have one of two options:

1.      There's something wrong with my emacs/go32 configuration

2.      Something in my setup (whether hardware or software) that was not 
encountered by the developers.
