There ain't no such thing as W.H in the standard DJGPP
installation.  Programs from CONTRIB/ are contributed,
so if they won't compile, you should report this to
whoever contributed that particular package.
Get djtstXXX.zip and run all the tests.  If they all
work OK, your installation is OK.
