Yes and yes.  If you want to find out if the list is screwed, "telnet
sun.soe.clarkson.edu smtp", and "expn djgpp-list".  If you never get
any response, well, the list is screwed.  I've looked at it, and there
isn't anything obviously wrong.

Sendmail rears its ugly head again.
