m4 is supposed to fix the problem of m3 not running under vanilla DOS (which
was caused by an uninitialized flags register in access.o).  The only problem
I know of with m4 is that 112m4.bat which is supposed to replace access.o in
the lib files needs to have the path to ar corrected from bin\ar to
..\bin\ar.
