Subject:	112m3 problem with cat.exe

   When using some older shell/fileutils like cat.exe I'm getting an
   error message:

   c:/dj/bin/cat.exe: input file is output file
   c:/dj/bin/cat.exe: input file is output file

   when doing a simple

   cat a b >c

   This used to work under 112m2

Are you sure?  I assume you're using Backus's port, and this never
worked.  At best it worked inconsistently; I never got past the first
line in the makefiles that used it, so I 'sed s/cat/type/'-ed it....
