I've uploaded to SimTel djgpp 1.12.maint4, which fixes the bug in
access() that caused all those problems with gcc rebooting the system.
I've also RE-uploaded gcc263bn.zip, which has a new gcc.exe in it that
uses the fixed access().

Those of you who have the old gcc263bn.zip should get the new one.
