I never fixed it, so I think it is still there.  I kept hoping IBM would fix
the bug in their DPMI server (I did send in bug reports, but I think they 
ignore anything from me anymore).  Anyway, the selectors need to be freed in 
nested tasks, that is what would probably fix the problem.  IBM's bug is
they don't re-init the dpmi server to recover these on the outer task exit.
