I did a grep and the answer is yes.
It calls (among possible others):

        _go_32_dpmi_allocate_memory
        _go_32_dpmi_simulate_int
        _go_32_dpmi_free_dos_memory
        _go_32_dpmi_allocate_real_mode_callback_iret
        _go_32_dpmi_set_real_mode_interrupt_vector
