These files do not belong to the DJGPP project. They are
from older GNUish project which ported some GNU tools to
16-bit DOS compilers. If you want to use those info files,
you can create your own dir file by editing the one which
comes with any Emacs-like editor.

Info files which come with DJGPP are included in the files
called XXXNNNdc.zip (``dc'' for ``docs''). Be sure to download
such a file for every XXXNNNbn.zip (binary) you download.
E.g., for gcc263bn.zip get and unzip gcc263dc.zip which includes
the full GNU C/C++ Compiler documentation in a format suitable
for reading with the stand-alone Info reader. You would also
want to download the Info program ported to DJGPP which is in
txi310bn.zip and txi310dc.zip.
The file ``dir'' for DJGPP tools is in the djdocs112.zip file.
