This bug was corrected in 1.12m2.  If you didn't upgrade to it,
now is the time.  The bugs were in the library time functions
which are used by stat() and others.  There is no good workaround
which doesn't involve recompiling some of the library functions.
It's best to upgrade (btw, DJGPP 1.12m3 was just announced on the
SimTel mirrors).
