Well, in case you need not simply an /etc/termcap file, but a
termcap library (to #include <termcap.h> and then link with "-ltermcap"),
then you might want to have a look at my port of the GNU termcap library
(version 1.2, which is still up-to-date!), to be found at

	omnigate.clarkson.edu : /pub/msdos/djgpp/pub/termc*.*
