How exactly do I `use' VESADRV.VDR? Where do I copy it to or insert its name?

(Note: If any answer to this came out over 22 Dec 1994 to 3 Jan 1995, I
haven't seen it, because I unsubscribed from djgpp mail list over that period
so my email mailbox wouldn't get overfull while I was on holiday.)
