Somebody said here some time ago the NDOS DPMI server is
incompatible with go32. So ``nodpmi'' should work. Are
you sure you set it OK? You should do this:
set go32=nodpmi
The reason I'm asking is that you tell us it worked fine in
Windows DOS box *after* you put the ``nodpmi'' into the
environment. But if you do this (at least on my machine)
go32 refuses to run at all, because Windows DOS box can run
go32 *only* in DPMI mode. So, if you added ``nodpmi'' correctly,
you should have seen an error message from go32 saying something
like ``CPU must be in real mode, not V86 mode''.
If you did the above set command OK and it didn't help, then maybe
there are some other way to disable DPMI services of NDOS?
