The above ruling applies to GPL programs.  Go32 itself is slightly
different.  If you redistribute the copy in djeoeXXX.zip, you only
need to include a pointer for how to get djgpp.  If you *modify* that
go32 in any way (including a simple rebuild), you must treat it as if
it were GPL also.

This is allowed, provided you include that note I mentioned.
