This was the first thing which annoyed me quite a bit several months
ago, when I first started to use DJGPP.  I wrote to DJ several times,
but we couldn't agree on the solution (DJ claimed it won't work).  So
eventually I fixed it in the Info sources myself, and use that patched
version ever since.
