  The noa/*.h header files are only used for the applications running 
under NOA. (It's part of the External Data Structure thing.) Since NOA is 
just a application specific implementation, and it's in no way associated 
with the debugger, you should delete their names from the makefile. (The 
example module xsupport.c does not have any references to any external 
data structures.) The makefile in the .zip file has their names because 
it's used to build both the released version (with the example xsupport 
module,) and an experimental version (with a real xsupport module.) I 
should have made that clear in the manual, thanks for the reminder.
