Subject:	Releasing a new version of the debugger.

Dear DJ,
We've been working on releasing a new version of the fullscreen debugger
for go32. We believe that it's ready. This new debugger supports conditional
breakpoints, remote debugging, external data structure, etc. However, the
remote debugging feature also requires small changes in extdebug.c, control.c,
and extdebug.h (which has the ExternalDebuggerInfo structure.) How do you
propose to release this debugger? Where can we put it?
