Subject: Recompile GO32 with BC++4.0
To: All <djgpp AT sun DOT soe DOT clarkson DOT edu>

Dear All,

We recently encounter a problem when trying to recompile GO32 with BC 4.0
It seems like the prelude code of BC++ 4.0 executes at priviledge level
0, and forces everything else to level 1 or greater, which is not
acceptable for some of the go32's instructions (such as sgdt -- store
GDT.) Is there any solution to that problem? Is there any switch(s) that
will allow the compiler to compile level 0 programs? (The same codes and
makefile were compiled and run successfully using BC++3.1) Any helps
would be appreciated,
Long.
