Two questions:

	1. Do you use some memory manager other than HIMEM.SYS, like
EMM386 or QEMM386?  If you do, try excluding C000-CFFF from their
handling, as on-board BIOS of your card might use those addresses.

	2. Does your card include VESA BIOS extensions on-board, or are
you using a TSR for this to work?  If you use a TSR, try using UNIVBE
TSR instead (it can be found in SimTel mirrors, e.g. oak.oakland.edu:
/pub/msdos/graphics/univbe50.zip.  It works much better than most
vendor-supplied TSRs.

Note that I don't actually use your kind of VGA, so all of the above
is not based on any experience with it.
