Some of g++'s header files start with capital letter. Apparently, these
are replaced by a leading underscore in djgpp. Version 1.11 explicitely
included these underscores, e.g., <complex.h> included <_Complex.h> (if
MSDOS is defined). It looks like this has been forgotten in 1.12 ?!?
