Subject: [Q] Accessing a GPIB card

Hello all,

I find myself in the position of maintaining 2 seperate experimental setups,
each connected to a computer via a GPIB bus to allow for computer controled
data aquisition.

If you, The Well Informed, found yourself in this position would you attempt
to use DJGPP? or would you stick with Turbo BC/C++?

I know this topic has been addressed at one time or another... but I guess the
fundamental question is, can one access device which is installed at boot-up
time?

Thanks for any light you can shed on this subject!

Sincerely,

Jon Nash
