Speaking of time zones, it isn't just djgpp that has problems.  I just ftp'd
to omnigate and did a dir on dj112m1.zip.  Clarkson says its time stamp is
Sept 2, 2:35.  Clarkson is in the same time zone as I am (according to their
opening message), yet it is only 1:13 here.  Assuming that DJ's announcement
was posted shortly after the file arrived at Clarkson, I'd guess that I'm
seeing a GMT time stamp, not local time.
