Is gdb supposed to work under dpmi? If I try to run
   go32 -d gdb-dpmi appname
under os/2 or Win 3.1, I get a segmentation violation in pointer 0x000cc000
while loading the program. Symify doesn't do anything useful when the
debugger crashes. I can load the same program in a non-dpmi environment with
no problems (except that I don't know what to do with gdb once it is loaded).
This is with go32 1.12maint1 (2nd tentative release). ed32-dpm and the
full-screen debugger both load this program ok, but neither one worked under
1.11maint5. appname is just under 900K with debug info.
