Subject:	Generating C++ Flex Scanners

I am using Flex to generate a c++ flex scanner.  howeverm, I am being
told that "FlexLex.h" not found.   I have scoured through everything I
have and cannot find this file.  I have found it documented however.
Any thoughts on where this file is?
