I have not attempted to recompile under djgpp; am using the executable
with the extender included (dos4gw), also the Unix utilities for MSDOS
in files
        uxutl22?.zip   ? -> a b c d.

There is some overlap in commands that I have not yet come to grips with.
So far I have not used all these in any intense trial, but just playing
with it, I like it very much.
