  Do the Makefiles in ms_sh22s.zip work with GNU 'make' (as compiled 
under DJ-gcc) or do they have to be reworked and, if the latter, is 
there a uniform way of reworking them or is it a hodgepodge?

  I have looked at ms_sh22 twice and both times gave it up as too unclear 
on this question.
