I've uploaded a preliminary 1.12.maint1 to:

	omnigate.clarkson.edu:pub/msdos/djgpp/dj112m1.zip

I'd appreciate if some folks could download and test these changes to
ensure that they fix the 1.12 bugs and (hopefully) don't cause new
ones.  The zip is about 466K as it includes a new libgpp.a, two big
.tex files, and a new libc.inf.

The file new112m1.doc follows.
