I made the same observation (for a CL VESA card). 111m5 and 112 still use
the old VESA driver from CBGRX103.ZIP. You have to add 'driver path/vesadrv.vdr'
to you GO32 environment variable, pointing to the revised driver from
GRX103M1.ZIP.
