Subject:	Problem running gcc on a Dell

I am having problems trying to compile a program on a Dell 433/L
(486-33).  

The error is:

	segmentation violation in pointer 0x0069d772 at d8:69d772


This program is running on a 486-33 that I have at home.  Is it
possible that Dell handles video memory differently than the norm.  It
is SuperVGA.

Any thoughts?
