If you have access to usenet, check out comp.lang.postscript.
The Frequently Asked Questions file (FAQ) lists several programs
for breaking out pages of a postscript file.  You could use those
tools to extract just the pages you need to print.  The FAQ can
be obtained via ftp from rtfm.mit.edu in
pub/usenet/comp.lang.postscript.
