I can confirm that some of my code which depends on fseek() broke with 1.12.
I also note that fseek.c has major changes in 1.12; the old code is
surrounded by #if 0...#endif.  I haven't looked any further yet.  It was only
because of your message that I tested this at all, otherwise I might not have
noticed for a while.
