When building gcc, after you run "make" and let it build everything,
then copy cccp cc1 and xgcc to a stage1 directory and rename/coff2exe
them, and run the make "stage2" command line, just strip and coff2exe
the five binaries you need and copy them to the bin directory.  "make
install" doesn't work for DOS.
