Some days ago (on friday, 13th of May !) DJ posted:

I added these lines manually after each line that starts with the
@node-command. That procedure takes quite a long time, as there are
many @node commands in all the libc-A-Z.tex-files, so You better let a little
program do this for You.
After TeXing the manipulated files twice, the cross-references are OK.
