V2.0 has signals working, although lots of other stuff doesn't yet.

If you call _go32_want_ctrl_break(), you can *poll* for ^C (see
samples/dpmi/ctrlbrk.c).  You can't do much in an interrupt handler or
real-mode callback anyway, so polling is about it for now.
