Subject:	libc and gcc ref manual

I got a lot of requests for the modified libc and gcc reference manuals.

The tex files were done up with a one time hack, which got deleted afterward
(we weren't planning on releasing them).  So until we recreate the tex files,
I have uploaded the postscript files to omnigate.clarkson.edu:/pub/msdos/djgpp/
pub.  They are:
	- libc-ps.zip  (about 55 pages)
	- gcc-ps.zip   (about 195 pages)


When we get a set of generic tex files done, I will announce it and upload them
to the omnigate archive.

If you have any problems with them, you might want to wait until we get the
tex files done.
