Ghostview for windows is best, as its easier to use than Ghostscript.
You can get it from simtel20, in the directory postscrp.

In the UK, try ftp.tex.ac.uk/pub/archive. In the US I think you can
get emTeX from sun.soe.clarkson.edu/pub/tex, use archie for more a more
suitable site.

Come on ! The guys at GNU and DJ etc provide these things for FREE. If
you're not happy then you could always lend a hand .... or go and pay
for exactly what you want. The choice is yours.
