The problem referenced above is only seen if you are using EMM386 as a 
memory manager and specify NOEMS on the driver statement.  I sent DJ 
inadequate info on the patch that makes this work and it got dropped from 
maint3.  If you aren't using emm386 + noems you shouldn't notice it.
